FinMkt is seeking an individual to fulfil the role of Vice President: Healthcare Financing. They will actively drive the product strategy, sales growth and partnerships within the healthcare vertical. This key individual will reflect the values of FinMkt by educating and assisting healthcare providers in providing an exceptional patient experience. They will be accountable for achieving sales targets, retention and growth.

This motivated self-starter will deliver new business into a supportive Relationship Management team as part of the industry vertical and responsible to nurture and grow the business following the sale. A systematic approach and ability to multitask while solving complex issues is key to ensuring that our clients and vendors can confidently operate the FinMkt Gateway technology. This is a pure revenue acquisition role with an unlimited potential that can be achieved through focus, hard work and determination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep level of strategic understanding for the total addressable market and current sales cycle to identify key business opportunities.
  • Responsible for developing customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty of providers.
  • Must have a strong understanding of various consumer loan structures and competitive landscape.
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Leverage financial understanding of the value associated with FinMkt’s Gateway technology to increase SaaS revenue opportunities.
  • Manages and validates pipeline by assessing early-stage opportunities to ensure team has enough leads, resources and support at all times to meet or exceed team quota.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for measuring KPI’s to achieve goals and revenue targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to dive into new topics and quickly absorb and distill large amounts of complex/detailed information into a readily digestible work product.
  • Experience managing sales/business development teams with the ability to build and maintain a network of relationships to help navigate complex, high value commercial relationships.
  • Influence and build trust based relationships with senior leadership, management and peers across FinMkt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and scales strong relationships with key partners through daily/weekly touchpoints (e.g., face-to-face meetings, phone meetings, live demos/presentations, account planning sessions, marketing outreach, events, etc).
  • Researches, qualifies and secures new formal partnerships based upon industry, solution areas and additional parameters.
  • Ability to work on and drive multiple topics and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Promotes a team mindset and commitment to achieving team success with a strong affiliation to and sense of pride for FinMkt and the FinMkt Gateway technology.


  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of figures and financing terms.
  • Must have at least 7+ years work experience with inside sales and relationship management experience, preferably within the healthcare financing or payments space or B2B/consultative sales with partner-relationship building.
  • Engaging, confident and energetic with the ability to create rapport and inspire action over the phone.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota bearing position.
  • Experience in healthcare financing, or selling in similar industries.
  • Keen understanding of solutions-based SaaS selling to support data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent strategic analysis, creative problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives on the hunt for the deal and situations that require initiative and adaptation.


This position can currently be conducted remotely and is accountable for time-sensitive deliverables within USA time zones.
